Shipping Delivery Information
The delivery information includes full name, correct Street Address, email address, postcode and phone number. If either address or phone number isn't correct, you won't receive the items, you will be responsible for the lost.
Shipment methods and charges
Shipping your purchases on time is very important to us. To make sure you receive your purchases as soon as possible, the items mostly will be shipped by DHL or EMS. We're glad to offer international shipping to most places in the world.
Process time of your order
All items are dispatched within the 1-2 business day of placing your order, subject to payment verification. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with the carrier and order tracking information.
Note: All orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays, such as holidays or incorrect addresses. And we recommend that someone be available to accept the package. If you are not able to sign for delivery at home we suggest having parcels sent to your workplace.
Track your order
When the order has been dispatched, we'll email you the tracking code and express website in 48-72 hours which you can check the items online.
Please note that we can only ship your order by ZIP CODE address, and PO Boxes or similar addresses are not available for shipping.
The shipping time varies based on where you are located and whether the product you ordered is in stock. Normally, you will get the items within 10 business days after you finish placing the order. Please pay attention to your account at any time. If you don't receive your order in 15 days, contact Local Post Office A.S.A.P. You can also contact our customer service team; we will make every effort to serve with you.
Sign for the delivery
A signature is required for your delivery. But if you are not available, you may ask one of your family members to help to sign for the package. If you and your family members are unavailable, they will take the parcel back and send the order next day.
Refuse a shipment
If you refuse to sign the order for some reason or if the package was automatically returned after several times unsuccessfully delivery (due to you are not available or you provided a wrong or incomplete delivery address to us), your order will be cancelled and refund will be made to the credit card that you used for your order. And 50% of the merchandise price will be charged by you and shipping charges will not be refunded. Unfortunately! Non-returnable items in a refused order will not be accepted upon return to us. These orders will be sent back to you unopened.
Return and Exchange
About the refund
As we are in different countries, and we use the third party to collect the payments, all the transactions have to be reviewed by the third party and the banks. If we apply for the refund, the refund payment needs about one month to be back to the credit card that you used to place the order.
Return & Exchange Conditions
If items are in the following condition, you may return the item for an exchange within 10 days after you received it.
a. Quality issue
b. Totally damaged during the shipment
Due to below reasons, return for exchange or refund is not allowed.
c. Not interested any more in the product.
d. Mistake order by customer side.
e. Wrong or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
f. Parcel return due to nobody at home to sign it.
Return and exchange procedure
If there is any problem, you may send us an email with the following information:
a. Return reason
b. Pictures of item
c. Order number or email for placing orders
We then will contact you once we get your email. And please “Do not return to sender.” since is the invalid address. We will provide the address to you after your case has been verified. As soon as we received return parcel, we’ll send another brand new item as a replacement after inspection.
Important notes for return and exchange
a. Proof should be provided within 10 days from the day parcel been signed, otherwise, it is hard to verify who is responsible for this.
b. Gift, accessories (i.e. dust bag, straps, keys & padlocks, care booklet, a copy of receipt) should be included in return parcel.
c. Only unused item can be accepted.
d. Please ensure the return. Otherwise, we will not bear on the lost or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipping cost involved is not refundable.
e. Online tracking number shall be provided after the parcel is shipped out.
